      Product release notes from 10th November 2021

      We release updates regularly so that we can make it better for you. 
      In addition to general bug fixes and performance enhancements, you can read all about what's included below.

      WHAT USERS DETAILS
      Simplified Re-Order Pens by individual Pens Livestock Agents & Saleyards

      A new feature to easily allow users to move the selling order of a given pen before or after another pen without needing to use the prior drag & drop Pen Sort function.
      User Role Management & Invitation (Beta testing only) Livestock Agents & Saleyards

      Adding an Administrator(s) role to a Saleyard or Agency and allowing those users to manage their team by adding/removing users and adjusting their permissions. 
      Business to Business Linkage for Stock/ Rebate Agents Livestock Agents After the creation of your Livestock Agents & Rebate Agents, you will now be able to link a given entity with a vendor/producer client, this lays the foundation for future reporting and analytics.
      Add Stock/ Rebate Agents Name to Vendor Reports  Livestock Agents Show the name of the linked Agent on Vendor Reports
      Add a Read-Only Role for enhanced security on interfaced sales 3rd Party A secure pipe for 3rd party access (eg Auctions Plus, StockLive & alike.
      Marks data added to NLIS Transactions Buyers As a purchaser, your NLIS records will show more data (in the notes ) to identify the lots that those tags relate to  
      Delivery Pen Saleyards Enhancements to the auto-allocation of delivery pens from the SingleWeigh draft.
      Delivery Pens & 3rd Party Buyers Saleyards Add 3rd Party Buyers to Delivery Pens view.
      Updates to NLIS communications - Take Possession Saleyards Take Possession transactions now take place on an individual consignment level (previously it was one transaction for all vendors), this allows for a more granular rollback transaction if/when required 
      Updates to NLIS communications - Sell Possession Saleyards Sell Possession transactions now take place on an individual buyer way level (previously it was one transaction for all buyers & buyer ways), this allows for a more granular rollback transaction if/when required
      Vendor Detail Report Vendors & Livestock Agents A new option to run a report inclusive of unsold lots.
      XML file updates Livestock Agents A few maintenance tweaks to the XML files for importing into Agency software.
      EQXData file  Livestock Agents A few maintenance tweaks to the EQXData files for importing into Agency software.
      Pen Weight Cards Updates Saleyards Updates and bug fixes to Pen Weight Cards
      Sale Watcher Updates Saleyards Sale Summary to account for Passed In lots
      Rule Builder Saleyards & Livestock Agents Enhancements & Updates on the Rule Builder from feedback received. 
      Remove 'Lot Number = Pen Number' Checkbox  Livestock Agents & Saleyards Re-locate the 'Lot Number = Pen Number' check box from Advanced Penning to Edit Sale.
