      2022.02.26 - P2 Product Release Notes

      Not a lot of changes to see in this release for our end-users, but many exciting foundations have been laid in this release as we are building for the future

       

      The Big Stuff
      WHAT: Global Search
      WHO: All user roles
      DETAILS: 
      • A new top-tier feature, our 'Global Search' feature is now available. This search will sit at the top of each page on mobile and desktop, and enable precise filtering on one or many objects and persist over any page.
      • All existing filters have been added to the Global search. There are now additional features, such as StockLive/AuctionsPlus compliance state, photo/video state and third party buyer differentiations.
      • For clearing sales, saleyard driven data (weighed, etc.) has been hidden.
      WHAT: Advanced Drafting on Consignments
      WHO: Saleyards & Livestock Agents
      DETAILS:
      • Users can now set the advanced drafting attributes at a consignment level.
        This can update all existing lots in bulk, or act as a template for all new lots. 
      WHAT: Xero Integration - Connection & Client Sync
      WHO: Livestock Agents
      DETAILS:
      • The first milestone in our AgriNous//Xero relationship, We can now authenticate and connect a Xero account with an Agency Branch.
      • The first milestone here is awareness and synchronisation of contacts between the two platforms. 
      • Show relationships in Contacts & Grid lists in AgriNous
      • Provide external (Xero) business mapping tool. 
      WHAT: eNVD Inbox & Communication
      WHO: Livestock Agents, Saleyards & Producers
      DETAILS:
      • In Conjunction with AgVic/ Sheep & Goat Compensation Fund & Cattle Compensation Fund, we will soon be communicating eNVD completion results back to the submitter.
      • This communication will be rolled out as an extension program to Saleyards & Agents before involving producers.
      • The aim of this project is to make the use of eNVD easy, add value to all stakeholders along the supply chain & in turn, monitor & report on any changes in the eNVD uptake. 
      • The eNVD inbox will be activated for all users after they have been taken through a training module.

      Update to Overview Page Saleyards & Livestock Agents Addition of Progeny to the Overview page for NO SALE Lots
      Enhancements to data refresh All users Adjustments to the auto-refresh triggers for users browsing between sales or roles. 
      Comments on Split Lots Saleyards & Livestock Agents A resolved comment is added to a new lot that is created from a Split action, providing a record of its origin. 
      WANTED Machinery Users Addition of a Wanted status for Machinery users, this will populate List2Sell pages for users to advertise any items they have a buyer for. 
      Add "OR" function to rule builder All users The Rule Builder has now had an OR function added, this allows for the creation of a more dynamic set of rules to handle various calculations.
