2023.01.28 - P1 Product Release Notes

For Release on Saturday 14th January is our first major release for 2023. This release contains many significant inroads in our Xero Project along with some new Saleyard functionality.

Who What Details
Livestock Agents Billing Workflow Stage 4: Sending/Resending & status awareness of document sending Once the sale paperwork is generated and passed the approval process, the user can send the paperwork to the buyers with a custom message. Bounces & unsuccessful sending are reported on the status page, where the user can make changes and resend. 
Livestock Agents RCTI & Tax Invoices down to 4 decimal places Addressing the occasions when cattle are sold for fractions of cents.
Livestock Agents New relationship types

Added new relationship types for rebates and commissions payable. 

Buyers Purchase Rebate, & 
Livestock Consultant

Livestock Agents  Machinery variables. Expose machinery variables to the billing engine, allowing for the calculation of fees/charges by the billing workflow process. The existing RCTI & Tax Invoice process will remain in place until further notice.

Livestock Agents Est. Avg Sheep Weight For prime (fat) lamb & sheep sales, users can now quickly classify the weight of animals and dressing percentage to obtain better market reporting and feedback to their network. 
Livestock Agents & Saleyards Buyer reports from buyer cards.  Users can now access more reports from the buyer cards directly to speed up the checkoff process.
Saleyards Exciting new functionality that has been custom-built for a new client. Details are to be shared in a couple of months. 
Bugs resolved

Saleyards Buyer screens. Speed up the data calls for the display screens at saleyards.
