2023.04.01 - P3 Product Release Notes

Another production release feature packed with Billing updates and improvements, along with a number of bug fixes.

SIGNIFICANT CHANGE NOTICE:
Previously all emails sent from AgriNous have been sent as 'noreply@agrinous.com.au'
following this update, all emails sent from AgriNous will be sent from
'message-service@agrinous.com.au'

All emails will still retain the reply to email address of the user that sent the emails out.

Pathway to Billing & Accounting

Livestock Agents	Detect Billing Changes	If underlying data has changed in a billing run, the system will now draw attention to these changes and provide a workflow for users to approve these changes in comparison to the original data and accept the correct values.
Livestock Agents	Sending NVDs & Attachments with Tax Invoices	NVDs & Attachments will now be sent with all Tax invoices directly from AgriNous. These will be sent at a lower resolution than our current method but will provide a link if the user would like a copy of high-resolution images.
Livestock Agents	RCTI & Tax Invoice delivery improvements	Increasing the readability of emails sent to meet a wide array of inbox settings. Along with significant visual improvements and customer brand recognition.
Livestock Agents	Relationships with 0%	Improving the workflow when linking a relationship without a commission percentage.
Other New Features & Functions
Livestock Agents	Advanced Drafting Improvements for interfaced sales	The prior pen advanced drafting input details for that vendor will now be retained when creating subsequent pens using the +PEN actions.
Saleyard Users	NLIS Transfer Improvements	Adjusting the plumbing for NLIS transactions to speed up performance and increase resilience to slow response times in return messages from NLIS.
Livestock Agents & Saleyard Users	Angus Australia API updates	Improvements to our connectivity with Angus Australia in displaying the Angus Verified status to relevant sale lots.
Saleyards	Quick Sell	Updates to Quicksell for fractional cents input.
Saleyards	Quick Sell	Highlight values on autocomplete to display what is being selected visually.
Bugs Resolved & Report Updates
Livestock Agents	Stud Tax Invoice	Updates to client branding on the Tax Invoice Report.
Buyer Portal	Improvements for buyers with many sale locations	The 'today's sales' loading was causing issues with consolidated reporting - this issue has been identified and resolved.
