Another production release feature is packed with Billing updates and improvements, along with a number of user feedback bug fixes & some NLIS refinements.

Pathway to Billing & Accounting

Livestock Agents	Change detection	Dynamic detection of any related billing data that has changed since the last known state - Identifying issues and providing a workflow to allow users to manage changes to billing data.
Livestock Agents	Auto-Generate Document numbers	Allow users to set a start value for billing document numbers. Incrementing the value globally by 1 ensures that the same value is not duplicated.
Livestock Agents	Only assign billing numbers upon approval of the document	To avoid billing numbers being reset on billing run updates, a document number is now only assigned when the document is approved.
Livestock Agents	Update billing entities to honour 'Family Splits' & 'Invoice To' details when used.	If the 'Family Split' function or the 'Invoice To' function is used, this data will now flow to the billing document approval process.
Livestock Agents	Adjustment to RCTI document	Adjust the wording on the RCTI document to now say that payment will be made "on" x date, not "before" x date.
Livestock Agents	Document rounding	Adjust the method of rounding when fractional (4 decimal places) values are presented to ensure that the values alien to the methods of Xero.
Livestock Agents	Document refresh	Auto-refresh the document if a ledger line is updated or deleted.
Livestock Agents	Revert approval status	Allow a user to revert the Approved status of a document back to Draft if required.
Livestock Agents	Xero business sync for Hooks sales	Updates to business mapping (to Xero) for Hooks sales.
Livestock Agents	Improve GST information displayed in Sundry charges	Help the user see the GST status and adjust accordingly when entering in a Sundry charge to correctly transact the required amounts.
Livestock Agents	Rule builder UI	General updates and refinements to the rule builder, making it easier to use.
Livestock Agents	RCTI Pen number sorting	Improvment for Stud Sale RCTIs with relation to lot sorting by pen number.

Saleyards	NLIS Rolebacks	Block the ability for NLIS rollbacks on Take transactions if a Rollback is required on a Sell Transaction first.
Saleyards	NLIS Status performance	Improve the user feedback on NLIS transfer status when processing scan-based transactions.

Livestock Agents	XML Import	Improvements to the External Agents sale import process to handle longer paint marks and not concatinate sale lots with similar details. Import NLIS / SCAN data as per file and not attempt to recheck PIC/EID status using buyer credentials.

All Users	Audit Lot	update pricing data to show decimal cents to 4 places.
Livestock Agents & Saleyards	Consignment NVD & Adv Drafting	Resolve issue that was causing discrepancies with bulk updates from Consignment screen for bulk Advanced Drafting.
Livestock Agents & Saleyards	Resolve Keep/Ignore Bug	Resolve the issue where on the EIDs table, using Get Scans, the Keep/Ignore functionality had dropped away.
