Rule Tester	- Users can now select a rule book and test the output against an individual (or set of) sales to validate the outcomes.
Auto "Exported"	- When a billing run is exported to Xero, the status of that sale is now automatically set to "Exported".
Xero Updates	- Improve functionality around managing Xero tax rates. - Improve authentication Xero<>AgriNous connectivity for given users.
Billing Emails	- Improvements to customisation of email body.
