2024.08.02 - P9 Product Release Notes

Another core release containing new features and fixes with a focus on the upcoming stud season.

AgentNous:
Xero & Rule Book Updates
  • Improvements to sending Vendor Split data to Xero. 
  • New 'Less Than' tooling for applying rules on weights less than a fixed value
  • Removed archiving rule books from the selectable list. 
  • Improvements to Vendor and Buyer term setting and warnings. 
  • Minor enhancements to Retained Proceeds tools.
  • Increased validation on rules that could result in 'out of bounds' destination rounding.
  • Improvements in transaction reversal behaviour and Document Number reporting.
Clearing Sales
  • The quick sell row selection in clearing sales now mimics the behaviour of livestock sales.
Ex Agent Sales
  • Added a 'GST exempt' checkbox to External Agent sales quick create.
Stud Sales
  • Booking Card - Sign Off (compact): A new version of the 'Booking Card - Sign Off' with 10 lots per page that include the Animal Name & Tag Number

  • Bidder Summary Report (Account & Location): A new version of the Bidder Summary Report with location and account only

  • Quick sell to a temporary bidder: Ability to quick sell a lot to a bidder number without a bidder registration
YardNous:
Reports
  • Pen Weigh Cards: Update to logic for HGP attribute on pen weigh card reports to treat EU NVD's the same as Cattle NVD Q1 = 'NO'.
  • Saleyards tags used report logic has been updated to more accurately reflect when saleyard tags have been used. 
Quick Create
  • Added mark and buyer way fields to the saleyard quick create form
Weighbridge
  • Updates for the lot creation on weighbridge to handle buyer ways better

CSV Importer
  • Improvements to CSV importer to handle scans and larger files
Multi Sale Reports
  • We have now shifted the Muti-Sale reports to modal to make way for some exciting updates that are on the way.
