An Interim release containing new features and fixes with a focus on

AgentNous:
Accounting Platforms

Xero:

  • Enable reversals for all billing clients
  • Users can now resend a transaction to Xero even if it has already been approved. This action will just apply the updates over the top of the existing approved document.

MYOB

  • New MYOB outputs have been added to handle various methods of MYOB integrations. 

All

  • GST adjustment for situations where 3rd party RCTIs don't align in GST methodology - Typically seen in some Processor kill sheets. 
  • Improve workflow for when changes are apparent and a reversal is required.
  • Fix issues where business names with inverted commas impact the rendering of Billing Documents.  
Rule Book Updates
  • Adjustments to rule decimal validation messages
  • Improvements to Master Labels used for sundries.
  • Improvements to the 'Copy' rule book function to retain all information.
Multi-Sale Reports
  • Users are now provided with a list of previously generated reports, along with an archive of all prior versions of reports that have been generated - From here, you can send, re-send or download your chosen report.
Clearing Sales
  • Addition of "Last Modified" field to Clearing Sale Lots for our mates over at Auctions Plus. 
Over Hooks/Processor Sales
  • Improvements to the 'Kill Sheet data capture form for Hooks Sales. 
Ex Agent Sales
  • Optimisation of file import parameters to support files of a larger size (>5Mb).
Stud Sales
  • New stud watcher view called "Stud Watcher W Account"  this is used for stud sales where it is important to include the full bidder details for display.
  • Improvements to calculation methods for the Sale Stats screen for when a sale is in progress. 
  • Improve mobile-friendly scaling of the Sale Stats screen.
  • Improvements to Advanced Drafting (Sale CSV importing). 
Private Weigh transactions 
  • Expose Private Weigh sale functionality to Agent User Roles.
YardNous:
Reports
  • Add Total to Drovers Report
Quick Create
  • Improvements to the Quick Create function to support multiple devices clerking a sale at the same time. 
Weighbridge
  • Improvements to single-weigh pen reporting for pre-sale weighing modes.
  • Weighbridge screen optimisation for screen scrolling. 
Platform:
Businesses
  • Add 'Primary Contact' as a field that can be added to any grid view.
  • Improvements to entering and saving Business ABN's
Pen Ranges
  • Improvement to Pen Range validation to prevent user disruption. 
User Logging
  • Increased Audit Logging on user activity 
Release Management
  • Improved behaviour for Gold release note refresh.
