2024.08.30 - P9.2 Product Release Notes

It's a major release with some whizz-bang updates and improvements right across the board! Hope you love 'em

AgentNous:
Accounting
  • XERO- Improve how Credit Notes are synchronized with Xero so the Money Table can be more informative. 
  • Fix to improve the sending function from the Reports tab for Documents & Reports that have been generated previously.
Rule Books & Billing
  • Continued improvements to the Grid View of existing rule books - this time, we have made the Copy & Delete functions more straightforward. 
  • In Step 3 (Review/Approve) of the billing process, a "View" button was added as a primary action. 
  • Users can now adjust the segment sizes in the billing section (Step 3), making areas more accessible for navigation and action. 
  • Performance improvements for when changes are checked for. 
  • Bug fix for "Invoice To" business setting. 
Sale Processing
  • We have acted on several pieces of user feedback for Hooks sales, creating improved data entry workflow.
Stud Sales
  • Adjustment to the column order of the Bidder Summary Report - New order is
           Bidder Number | Buyer Account | Location 
  • Improvements to the NLIS tooling for OnProperty Auctions. This update has been built to work with state nuances (WA & QLD), where a Saleyard EUSY PIC is provided to facilitate animal movements. In contrast, other states use the property PIC as the sale destination. To use this tool, users are prompted to enter in a PIC in the Create/Edit sale screen.
Emails
  • Any reports sent by a Livestock Agent/ Administrator user will now be shown in the Outbox.
YardNous:
NLIS
  • Saleyard Users can now "Force" a sale transaction through the NLIS. This is a standard method for managing irregular NLIS feedback and troubles. 
Scale Stats
  • Updates and improvements to increase the reliability of the Scales Stats screen for various saleyard process methods. 
AgriNous CORE Platform:
Reports
  • Many existing reports are now available by Buyer Way in the Buyers Tabs for Agents & Saleyard users.
  • Auction Selling - A new tool to auto-select the last lot remaining in a pen-splitting scenario to speed up input processing.   
  • Buyer XML output has been uplifted to include the 'MARK' data (if entered) for livestock sold. 
  • eContracts a-sync report-building tools have been uplifted to make them more reliable and responsive.
Forced LogOut
  • When we do a major release (like this one) and the GOLD Updates message appears, we force the user to log out so that when they log back into the system, they are on the latest version of the software. 
Audit Logging
  • We increased user audit logging tools for increased support activities and system security.
