| Billing Process |
- Functional and aesthetic improvements have been applied to the Billing Overview page to help improve workflow processes and reduce processing errors. This extends the recent enhancements we released last time. - Combined PDFs: Users can now download a single PDF of all billing documents (or a select few) to share with their team for preview before sending it to buyers or producers. - Block duplicate document numbers. We have tightened up the protection around document numbers, making it impossible to accidentally use the same number more than once for an RCTI, Tax Invoice or a credit note. |

- Most billing clients have had the pleasure of using our streamlined Sundry Templates that were in our last release; now, you have the tools to create your own & manage existing ones. Head over to Settings > Billing > Sundry Templates. - Sort sundries that are not in groups alphabetically in billing documents. |

- We have now added PIC and NVD ID to the vendor search criteria when mapping NVD's - this means users can just type the PIC into the search field for the NVD they have on screen to quickly map it. - Sale XML importing has now been updated to support alphanumeric lot numbers, where previously we only supported numerical values. |
