2024.11.22 P11.1 Release Notes

An interim release containing lots of new billing features.

AgentNous
Billing Documents
  • Activity Modal: Clicking the new activity column opens a modal with more information about the activity. It includes all payments, interest payments, changes, and created and reversal data.
  • Draft Documents: We have automated the acceptance of changes applied to documents where it makes sense, like adding cartage to an approved invoice. 
  • Detailed Statements: Improved presentation of reversals and retained proceeds in detailed statements on the billing documents.
  • Vendor Splits: We have now introduced an option to hide vendor split details on invoices & RCTIs.
  • Over Hooks Invoices: Enhanced layouts have been applied to Buyer Tax Invoices to better group animals and skins off the same kill sheet - streamlining reconciliation. 
Over Hooks Sales
  • Kill Sheet Form: The kill sheet data entry form has been improved to support multiple skin prices per vendor and tidy up some alignment. 
  • External References: We now support the entry of external references received from processors; entering this data will appear on the Processors Tax Invoice - Multiple references are supported.
External Agent Sales
  • Error reporting: Further updates have been made to support inconsistent and unreliable data files from non-agrinous saleyards, which has been causing issues with the external sale importing. 
  • Trading Terms: A fix has been applied to rectify a bug in setting the default trading terms for External Agent Sales. 
Migration Tools
  • Historical Sales: A new sale type has been added to support the importing of historical sale records from legacy systems
Agency Settings
  • Transit Insurance: Improved tooling has been added to support alternative pricing models for transit insurance; these updates will result in better reporting and accounting practices. Variable (long haul) rate setting has also been improved. 
Xero Integration
  • Statements: Improvements have been made to how payments reconciled in Xero are displayed on client Statements.
YardNous
Breed Selector
  • Breed information is now retained when changing products.
Weighbridge
  • Improvements to the selling process on the weighbridge that increase streamlined data collection. 

LPA Checks
  • Fixed LPA lookups for unconfirmed sales.
Bulk Edit Sale Lots
  • There is now added functionality for bulk editing sale lots via a new modal interface.

  • The latest security updates have been applied to various areas of our platform.
