      2025.01.31 - P1 Product Release

      The first major product update for 2025. Continuing to deliver product features and functionally to our growing client base.

      AGENTNOUS
      Dashboard - The sale dashboard now has a 'Grid View' option, where users can sort and filter the data to customise and save their views of sales. 
      Xero Tools - Reference Sales: We are now supporting the ability to synchronise non-AgentNous entries in Xero with our AgentNous statements. This is for clients that process 'Xero only' transactions (such as an invoice for animal tags). With this feature, users can have a single statement document encompassing all financial dealings with their agency that pass through Xero.
      BAS Excluded ledger config: Users can now improve their BAS reporting by electing to use BAS Excluded in lieu of the '3rd Party GST' ledgers. 
      - Send as 'Approved': Users can now configure the sending of transactions from AgriNous to Xero so that they arrive in Xero as Approved, this means the need to go into each account and 'Approve' the document can be skipped. 
      Money Table

      - Document number sorting has been improved to allow highest to lowest/ lowest to highest sorting. 
      Sale Data Entry

      - Over Hooks improvements to handle $0 lots (Condemns) 

      - Kill/ Feedback Sheet upload in kill sheet data entry screen
      Sundry Charges

      - Improvements to the creation, update and deletion of Sundry Charges 
      - A bug fix has been applied to hide inactive businesses from search.
      Billing Process - Remove the mandatory note requirement when editing ledger entries.
      Relationships - Improvements to show 4 decimal places in relationship rates.
      Billing Documents & Reports

      - The black border has been removed from the 'Envelope' billing document templates. 
      - Update to allow the inclusion of line breaks in the billing document line item descriptions. 
      - The detailed statement report has now been uplifted to show the external reference field to assist with reconciliation processes. 
      - Vic Levies report is to show the correct animal quantity, not a count of the number of sale lots. 
      - NVD attached wording has been removed from emails sent with Tax Invoices when the user has uploaded no NVD. 
      Estimate Average Weights - Support the ability for the EAWs to be added at any time, even when a saleyard sale has been locked. 
      Stud/Clearing Sales - Search by 'Bidder Number' on the Buyer Tab
      YARDNOUS
      Billing Invoice Files - A new file field has been added to the CSV billing export used for  Saleyard billing
      Buyer XML file - This file has been updated to remove the "-" from the NVD NVD number if left blank.
      NLIS Transactions - Improvements to the NLIS Take transaction reporting and feedback.
      Reports - Pen weigh cards have had the footer updated to improve the display of page counts. 
      Saleyard Penning - Improvements have been made to saleyard out-of-natural-order penning to address the appearance of 'unintended' pen movements.
      MYNOUS
      AGRINOUS PLATFORM
      Quicksell - Improvements to autocomplete functionally for Unit Price in QuickSell across all sale types.
      Client search - Show PICs when searching for a client by Agent Ref
      Consigning Branch  - Security improvements have been made to restrict access to outside branches that consign to Processing locations. 
      Offline Machinery - Performance improvements have been made to our offline machinery, which speeds up processing time when a user returns online. 
      Goat NVD - Uplift to Goat NVD versions in line with MLA/NLIS documents.
