2025.07.11 - P6.1 Product Release

Better late than never! This one was supposed to go out last week, but was held up unexpectedly. Many more great improvements were made around the AgentNous tooling, and some exciting updates in progress for our YardNous product.

AgentNous (for Livestock Agents).
External Agent Sales	- Sell Via External Agent: A new sale type with some neat tools to support agency businesses who sell livestock through other agency businesses - this tool delivers even more time saving when both agencies are on the AgriNous Platform.
Dynamic Trading Terms	- Getting funky on how we can help with managing unique arrangements, such as the EOM payments to carriers or insurance providers, agency users can now set custom trading terms based on the day of a week, month, quarter etc - this tool is super flexible and going to really help tidy up the Xero & Money Table, especially for those accrual expenese.
Reports	- Agency Earnings Report: A new report & some enhancements made from preliminary feedback. - Statements: Bug fixes and improvements have been made to statement transaction reporting for corrections and reversals, making these outputs more reliable.
Money Table	- Performance improvements have been made to the Money Table so that information loads quickly. We have also reduced the auto-load criteria, meaning that we will only load open and actioned items within the last 45 days, unless they are beyond 45 days and are still awaiting payment (inward or outward). This area of the system is under further scrutiny to continue to optimise it.
Rule Books	- Making it easier for users to subscribe to Master Rule books that increase the accuracy and speed of building and running rule books. - Warnings for users who are looking to delete ledger entries that have an associated calculation, making it harder to accidentally delete something that was unintended. - Multi-Branch Agency support: We have now uplifted a few data points so that we can now support Agencies that look to split their accounting at a branch level.
YardNous (for Saleyards).
Billing improvements	- Many items listed above in AgentNous features have been exposed to Saleyard Billing in preparation for some exciting new features on the horizon.
LoadNous (for Livestock Transporters).
Adjustment to data delivery	- Linked transporters will now have access to load information in a more timely manner to coordinate transportation.
MyNous (for Livestock Buyers & Sellers).
Reports Downloads	- Improvements to tab naming and user interface for reports.
AgriNous Platform (Core tools every user interacts with).
Email Sending	- Improvements have been made to the batching tools to improve reliability & delivery time for email sending.
