2025.10.15 - P10 Product Release

- Improvements have been made to the Vendor Split tooling to better handle the splitting of fees & charges - Sundry transactions will be required to be split manually over the number of vendors as required. 
- We now support varying GST status on split vendor lots.
- Buyer Splits have now been released to support transactions when a single lot needs to be shared amongst 2 or more trading entities.

- Clerking report - A new clerking report has been produced for clearing sales.
- Bidder Recinciliation Report - the Bidder Name has now been added to the Bidder Reconciliation Report    
- Sale Status - A newly created clearing sale lot is automatically set as Pending 
- Billing - Performance Improvements have been made to clearing sale processing.

- Improvements to how transit insurance billing rules can be created, better accounting for the revenue component of the fee.

- New columns have been added to the 'Reports' table to provide better filtering options. These include - 'Business Name', 'Short Code', 'Short Code Saleyard', 'Primary Email Address', 'Email Recipients', 'Is Transporter'. 

- Improvements to the use of Google Places data for addresses 

- AgriNous Sale XML improvements for when Breed & Product Codes are missing. 

- Retained Proceeds - Improvements have been made the reversal of an RCTI, also correcting an associated Retained Proceeds transaction if one exists.
- VOID Transactions - Improvements have been made to how we handle documents that have been VOID off in Xero - We strongly suggest you should not need to VOID documents off in Xero directly, but if you do, we are now handling them better. Please contact our support team prior to voiding any documents in Xero.  

- We have edited the header layout for the trading statements to support those that opt for posting as opposed to email.
