2025.10.24 - P10.1 Product Release

The October 24 Interim Release delivers a host of improvements and fixes across the board, including a major clean-up of unused splits and obsolete fields, smarter forms for clearing sales, enhanced permission indicators, and more accurate financial reporting. We’ve streamlined backend processes, improved system reliability, and made it easier to manage invoices and user permissions.

AgentNous (for Livestock Agents).
Businesses - Correction of timezone information on ABR Last Checked data. 
Vendor & Buyer Splits - Further improvements and refinements to the Vendor & Buyer Split tooling. 
Clearing Sales

- Updates to the Quick Sell form
- Updates to the Quick Create form
- Performance improvements for Clearing Sale processing.
Agency Settings - New controls to manage the display of Buyer Split data on Tax Invoices. 
Reports  - Commission Relationship report has been fixed to exclude Skin units from data. 
Sale Importing - Improvements to the XML importer to prevent data loss/ overwriting & block importing blank businesses from poorly completed sale data. 
Financial Documents

- Head Count & Weight totals have been added to Financial Statements. 
- Sending of PDF attachments (NVD's etc) is now being sent to 'Invoice To' recipients. 
- All header and footer documents have now been reconfigured to consistently use data from Agency Settings, as opposed to the Agency Business entity. 
- Correction to a bug in the GST summary table, which was incorrectly allocating the GST values for transit insurance. 
- Correction to the Average Price for billing documents featuring Skin products. 
Xero Updates - Xero manual sync performance improvements. 
Data Analytics Indicators - We are introducing new indicators for an exciting upcoming project for saleyard data collectors. Insights unseen in the market. 👀Watch this space 👀

NVD Mapping - Removal of the 'Leave Session' pop-up message for NVD mapping screen.
