2025.11.07 - P11 Product Release

This release enhances speed and usability. Key updates include easier Clearing Sales with temporary bidder numbers, improved mobile/tablet forms, streamlined consignment entry, and better label management, plus bug fixes for smoother performance.

AgentNous (for Livestock Agents).
Xero Updates - Numerious improvements to our Reference Sale feature to remove the inadvertantly created sales.
Over Hooks Sales - Improvements to the management of sale based trading terms for Over Hooks sales. 
Agent Data Indicator - Initally for better reporting, the new Data indicator will soon unlock new features and tools when users meet minimum requirements. 
Clearing Sales - We are now supporting Temporary Buyers for a cleaner buisness list. This tool has been making livestock sales easier for a little while now and we have listed to your feedback and added this feature to Clearing Sales.
- Quick Create & Quick Sell forms have been updated to improve field orderign and layout for faster data entry.  The abilty to 'remember vendor' will help streamline data entry.
Outputs & Reports

- The bug that introduced a minor font change has been reverted.
- Improvements to long business name wrapping on Envelope document headers. 
- Hash total in Agent Sale Report has been updated to support better incrimental upates when part way through a sale. 
- Improvements to our logic in selecting when Statement documents are selected and reported on. 
- Contact/Place Name has been readded to Statements.
YardNous (for Saleyards). 
Pen & Lot Views - We have jugged the primary actions around on the Lot and Pen views in mobile, these updates have come from user feedback gathered and now acted upon.
+ Lot Form - We have enhanced the pen scanning creen to speed up data entry and show more information.
Scan to Unkown - Users can now select 'Unknown Business' and scan stright into that vendor in the Pen Screen. 
NLIS - Performance improvements for Saleyard Sell Posession. 
Single Weigh  - Improvement to logic for single weigh tagging of lots for situations where animals may be moved between lots during the weighing process. Imprvoed warnings have been added to these events. 
- lot weights have been added to our pusher log which means faster syncroinsation between all users when data is updated.

Labels

- Improvements for all users that use our Lables tools - Making it easier and faster to select the right lable for your job. 
-Users can now add a label from the scanning screen for things like Non Readers or No Taggers. 
- Users can now Bulk Update Labels using existing bulk update tools.
Faster Consignments

- Users can now create many consignments in quick succession using the "Save & New" tooling, for our Saleyard users, this feature will remember the agency your working on behalf of at that point in time. 
Bug Fixes

- Numerious other bug fixes and improvements have been made to the system in this and every relese we perform.
