2025.12.04 - P12 Product Release

A wide spread of improvements this time around. Spanning from sale importing to continual billing improvements, we have made a number of improvements system wide. 

AgentNous (for Livestock Agents).
Statements

- Bulk Detailed statements can now be ran. 
- Users can now run report jobs from the Business screen via the Three Dot Menu - This means that you could use a custom view to run a segmented list or reports, such as a weekly 'Transporter' report job. 
Clearing Sale

- A pre-sale .CSV importer has been built to help users create a sale from a spreadsheet or an Auctions Plus results file. Users will need to shape the CSV to align with the template provided during the import process. 
- Improvements to lot duplication: when a lot is duplicated now in clearing sales we will increment the lot number with an alpha suffix. Previously we provided the next available lot number which caused unintended impacts to lot sorting and sale order. 
Sale Importing (XML) files

- Performance improvements have been made to the XML (Saleyard sale) importing process. 
BILLING - AgentNous & YardNous.
BAS Excluded - An optional configuration has been added for our billing clients to remove the GST values from being sent to the 820 (BAS) ledger and keep these values in the relevant suspense account (where the 3rd party/ aka: livestock values reside).  
Sale Reversals - We have improved the review process and suppressed the action to run a reversal - a reversal should rarely be required and we suggest if you have questions in this area of our application you should attend a monthly billing webinar or reach out to our support team directly. 
Corrections/ Reviews - Performance and reliability improvements have been added to the review (step 3) of the Billing process. 
ABN Warnings & feedback - We have improved the feedback tools around Business ABN status' - Users can now identify the difference between a cancelled and a not registered ABN. 
Date Sorting - We have improved the date sorting tools so that chronological sorting of a date can be achieved. This spans to all grid views of data. 
Vendor/Buyer Splits - Improvements have been made to the rule book outputs for vendor/ buyer splits. 
YardNous (for Saleyards).
Sale Progress Overview - Improved accessibility to the Sale Progress Overview by adding the option to launch this screen from the Three Dots Menu on the Sale Lots tab, as well as the Three Dots Menu on the Sale Overview page. This is now available in Mobile View - pen tab.
Auction Pens - The Auction Pens view has received improvements in Agent filtering / sorting. 
Weighbridge - + / -  buttons have been removed from the penning actions on the weighbridge screen. 
NLIS - Improvements have been made to NLIS Rollbacks. 
- Saleyard Sell File transactions have been optimised. 
LoadNous (for Livestock Transporters).
Data Views - Improvements have been made to the commonly used 'Drovers Report'.
MyNous (for Livestock Buyers & Sellers).
No changes this time.   
AgriNous Platform (Core tools every user interacts with). 
Businesses - We have added the contact/ place name to the available fields in the Business table. 
User Flow - We have commenced the preliminary work of embedding User Flow; this tool is in app help prompts and in place feature announcements being rolled out to help people understand new features and get help using the platform
Reports - Vendor Detail Report has had extra decimal places added to the sub-totals to provide greater transparency and accuracy.
