2025.12.19 - P12.1 Product Release
Our final production release for 2025 focuses on continued improvement of Clearing Sale functionality, along with general platform performance updates.

| Commission Reporting | - Improvements have been made to commission reporting for transactions that involve Vendor Splits. | |
| Clearing Sale | - Buyer Cards preview balance now shows Net Transaction Value in place of Gross Transaction Value. - Improvements to GST override functionality for clearing sale Invoices and Sale Reports. - Buyer Search updated to not be case sensitive, increasing search result accuracy. |

| Rule Books | - Improvements have been made to rule order sorting, improving the display of data on billing documents. | |
| Regenerate Document | - We have added in an action to help users for when teh manually need to regenerate a billing document. This new button is available from the three dots in stage 3 'Review' of the billing process. | |

| Consignments | - For Saleyards Admins & Contractors, when creating consignments, the agency selected on the previous lot will persist for further lots (Until manually changed). | |
| Sale Confirmation | - Sale reports will now be sent to the agency immediately following sale confirmation; previously, they were held until all agency sales had been confirmed. | |
| Buyers | - We have now compressed the notification messages when bulk setting a Destination PIC for a buyer with many sale lots. | |
| NLIS | - Rollbacks for Sell Possession transactions have been improved to address errors on rollbacks. - Scan query performance improvements. |
