2026.01.09 - P1 Product Release

A mixed bag to start the year, we have a number of improvements right across the application, many of these items are laying the foundation for a massive 2026. 

 

AgentNous (for Livestock Agents).
Clearing Sales - Improvements to Buyer Reports
Sale Imports - Improvements made to the reliability of Clearing Sale result (CSV) imports. 
- Improvements to the Business Mapping process to increase data reliability.
Sale Files - Updates have been made to the EQXData files for clearing sales to remove not sold lots (No Bids, Passed In, Withdrawn), as well as excluding PIC data and special characters from description fields from the file.
BILLING - AgentNous & YardNous.
Increased change detection.  - We have now updated the checking status for billing runs to include the Sale Date
Manual Payments - New tooling is being progressively released to make payment recording even easier - this is to streamline clearing sales, stud auctions, and those who choose MYOB over Xero. 
YardNous (for Saleyards).
Greenhams NEE Updates - A new field has been added to the Consignment tab so users can insert the expected count of NEE animals within the consignment. This will streamline the NEE verification process in saleyards. 
- Bulk update functionality has been added to the NEE tooling to improve the speed and reliability of the validation process. 
Pen Scanning - Further improvements have been made to Pen Scanning tools to continue to improve data integrity and redundancy for custom scanning scenarios. 
Reports

- A new Pre-Sale Catalogue report has been delivered, which has been compressed to occupy less space and provided in a portrait format. 
- Improvements have been made to the Sale Watcher screen for the $/Hd calculation when the animals are sold, C/Kg value, but not yet weighted. This update removes the attempt to calculate a value until we have all parameters (weight + sale value). 
LoadNous (for Livestock Transporters).
Role Updates - Foundational improvements have been made to our Transpirter Roll, this will support the increase of future features and functions for this user role. 
   
MyNous (for Livestock Buyers & Sellers).
PDF attachments  - We have commenced work on supporting frequently used Buyer reports to be attached to purchase emails. Making it easier to download and read sale results. 
AgriNous Platform (Core tools every user interacts with). 
Bulk Update Tools - Improvements to your user experience when using bulk update tooling. 
LPA ERP Checks - Improvements have been made to the workflow of status checking and re-checking based on various actions. This will result in greater awareness of trading alerts.
