2026.02.20 - P2.1 Product Release

This release brings a range of improvements across the AgriNous platform, with a focus on making day-to-day tasks easier for agents, saleyard staff, and admin teams. You’ll notice enhancements to attachments, business data handling, reporting, and eNVD management, all designed to streamline your workflow and improve reliability.


 
Billing – AgentNous & YardNous 💳

 

Preferred Payment Details and Overrides

  • When creating a billing run, you can now select which bank account to use for payments. If you don’t select one, the system will use the best match based on payment preferences.
  • Individual invoices can have their bank account details changed by editing the document (just remember to regenerate the PDF to update the details).
  • BPAY details will only show if the default bank account is used.

What this means for you:

  • More control over payment details on invoices.

  • Flexibility to meet different client or agency requirements.

Business Transactions Table Update

  • The transactions section in the business modal now uses the same “money table” as the main finance area, but filtered for the selected business.

  • Generating reports from this section will only include data for the business you’re editing.

  • The “generate financial charges” option is no longer shown in this context.

What this means for you:

  • Consistent reporting and easier access to business-specific financial data.


AgentNous 🐮

Agent Vendor Summary Report Improvements

  • The “Agent Vendor Summary by Agent Report” now includes all vendors for a sale, even if they don’t have a saved agent relationship. Vendors without an agent are grouped under a “No Agent” section.

What this means for you:

  • No more need to create dummy relationships just to get a complete vendor list.

  • Agents can quickly generate call lists for all vendors after a sale.


YardNous 🐑

Attachments Screen Improvements

  • The attachments view has been cleaned up for easier use:

  • The agency filter is now easier to access and can be changed without leaving the screen.

  • You can filter attachments by type, NVD version, serial number, vendor PIC, and more.

  • TheProperty/place where the journey commenced” field has been removed from consignments.

  • The close button is now easier to find, and the layout is improved for both desktop and mobile.

  • Adding attachments is now clearer, with helpful messages if you haven’t selected an agency.

What this means for you:

  • Faster, more accurate searching and filtering of attachments.

  • A simpler, more consistent experience across devices.

eNVD System Enhancements
  • eNVD mapping now automatically links to the correct deployment based on PICs, reducing manual steps.
  • The old eNVD communications workflow has been removed, simplifying system settings and admin screens.
  • eNVD data is now stored in a more efficient way, improving performance and reliability for users.
What this means for you:
  • Easier and faster access to the information you need, with less manual data entry.
  • Improved reporting and financial management tools.
  • More reliable and responsive eNVD and attachment handling.
  • A cleaner, more user-friendly experience across the platform.
