• Custom Sale Names - You can now give any sale a specific display name within an agency. Instead of relying on the system-generated title, you can choose a name that makes sense for your team. This custom name will appear everywhere—from your internal reports and billing documents to the PDFs and emails you send to clients. 🏷️

• Improved Clearing Sales & Reporting - We’ve ironed out a few kinks in the Clearing Sale process. We resolved a rare issue where the system would crash during sale creation, and we’ve ensured that card payments now show up correctly in your Bidder Reconciliation Reports.

• Third-Party Buyers - Third-party buyers can once again access their reports through the portal without any hiccups.

AgentNous/Billing

• Smarter Business Merging - Cleaning up your database just got easier. The business merge tool now handles more complex financial data, including commission relationships and ledger entries. If the system finds a conflict (like two different commission rates for the same business), it will now pause and ask you to review it rather than guessing, keeping your financial records accurate. 🤝

  Seamless Xero Integration - We’ve made the connection between AgriNous and Xero even stronger. Tracking categories now sync automatically, so you don’t have to set them up manually. We’re also now recording "Batch Payment IDs," which is the first step toward providing detailed remittance advice for your payments.

  Enhanced Billing Run Review - Before you finalise a billing run, you’ll now see the vendor number, transporter flags, and total amounts directly on the review screen. We’ve also added an "amber warning" ⚠️ that pops up if a ledger account is out of balance, helping you catch and fix errors before they ever leave the system.

  Flexible Commission Reporting -The Commission Relationships Report is now more flexible—entering a date range is now optional. We’ve also added the agency commission percentage directly to the report view for quick reference.

• Accurate Buyer Exports - For those using our XML export features, we’ve corrected an issue where "Cents per Kg" was being incorrectly applied to "per head" lots. This ensures that the data sent to external systems is perfectly accurate based on how the livestock were sold. 🐂

• One-Click PDF Exports Most data tables across the platform now feature a "Download as PDF" button. These exports aren't just plain lists; they include your agency logo, the specific sale title, and clear page numbers, making them ready to hand straight to a client or file away. 📄

  Background Reliability We have also boosted the overall speed and reliability of our business sync tools to ensure that as your database grows, the system stays fast and responsive.
