2026.04.02 - P4 Product Release

This is a substantial release with something for nearly every role — from new report types and mobile improvements for yard clerks to a brand new remittance advice workflow for billing teams and better Xero integration for office staff managing payments. A lot of care has gone into polish and reliability in this one. 

 AgentNous
  • Buyer and Vendor Contact Details on Sale Lots Buyer and Vendor email and phone numbers are now available in Sale Lots tables.
  • Sale Lots Tab on Mobile for Clearing Sales The Sale Lots tab (including quick-create and quick-sell) is now accessible on tablet for clearing sales. Clerk a clearing sale from a tablet directly in the field.
  • Pricing Type Change Cascade When changing the default pricing type on a sale, all unsold lots are now updated automatically. A confirmation warning is provided before the change is applied.

AgentNous/Billing

  • New: Remittance Advice Generate and send professional remittance advice PDFs directly from AgriNous via the Money section, pulling payment details from linked Xero batch payments automatically.

  • Sale Status on Money Table You can now see and filter by the status of the sale each billing document belongs to.
  • Preview & Manage Attachments Before sending billing documents, you can now view all attached files and deselect any irrelevant media (lots, sundries, or consignments) on a per-document basis.
  • Reassign Document Numbers Quick approval and re export of voided or deleted documents into Xero allowing easy recovery of voided or deleted Xero documents without manual duplication.

  • Xero: Tracking Categories Agencies can now select Tracking Categories in Billing Settings to automatically tag livestock transactions in Xero for cleaner financial reporting.

  • Xero: Banking Details Sync Banking details on Xero-linked businesses now sync automatically. Once synced, these can be edited in Xero but are read-only in AgriNous for improved security.

YardNous

  • Pricing Type Change Cascade When changing the default pricing type on a sale, all unsold lots are now updated automatically. A confirmation warning is provided before the change is applied.

  • Bug Fix: NLIS Quantity Resolved a bug where NLIS submission quantities were being multiplied by 100. Electronic identification records will now reflect accurate quantities.🐂

  • New Report: Vendor Detail by Weigh Date A new Vendor Detail report is now available, grouped by weigh date rather than sale date. It uses the bulk weigh date where available, falling back to the first single-weigh value.
  • Average Kg added to Drovers Report The Drovers Report now includes an Average Kg column, giving drovers and agents the weight information they need without leaving the report.
  • MBM / NVD Upload Tab Removed for Cattle Sales The NVD image upload and MBM submission tab has been removed for cattle sales to reduce interface clutter, as cattle utilize EIDs.
  • More Columns on the Nominations Grid The Nominations AgGrid now includes Transporter, Created, and Last Modified columns (available for CSV export).
  • Bug Fix: NLIS Quantity in notes Resolved a minor bug where appended text notes on NLIS submissions contained incorrect quantities.

AgriNous Platform

  • Business Database Reliability Several fixes have been implemented for business merging, propagation to saleyards, and the restoration of soft-deleted records.

  • UI Polish * Agent-only fields are now hidden from saleyard admins.Fixed a bug where the "Edit Business" modal would reset and lose user changes during background data updates.

  • Bug fixesSeveral fixes have been implemented for business merging and editing Businesses.Data tables within AgriNous will now correctly load "default" views.
