Mobile Lot Editing for Paddock and Hooks Sales

Agents working paddock and hooks sales now have a fully-featured lot editing form available directly on their mobile devices. Whether you're out in the paddock placing a private sale or a hooks transaction, you can capture all the important lot details—vendor, weights, descriptions, and more—without needing to head back to the office.

What this means for you:

Record lot details from your phone: Update sales wherever they happen.
Faster Vendor selection: Now uses consignments to be less error-prone.
Complete mobile access: All relevant lot fields are accessible on mobile.

New Agent Vendor Detail Report – Stud (Page Per Vendor)

A new version of the Agent Vendor Detail Report for stud sales is now available, producing a separate page for each vendor for cleaner distribution.

What this means for you:

Easy distribution: One page per vendor—easy to separate and send.
Better visibility: Tag numbers now show in the report description.
Consistent reporting: Cattle reports are now cleaner with the removal of the HGP column.

Financial Balance Visible Per Business

A new Balance column is now available in the Businesses table, showing the current net financial position for each business based on finalised invoices, RCTIs, and payments.

What this means for you:

Instant oversight: See balances without digging through individual documents.
Clear formatting: Balances display clearly as a debit (DR) or credit (CR).

Key Financial Fixes

Detailed Financial Statement Totals: Resolved an issue where totals were incorrect due to the system not distinguishing between invoices and RCTIs.
Outstanding Settlement Report: Fixed a bug preventing the report from opening as a CSV or spreadsheet from the money table.

YardNous 🏟️

Improved Weighbridge & Scanning Workflows

Pen Search: Quick search on the Weighbridge screen now matches on pen number only, reducing noise from lot numbers or head counts.
Scanning Safety: The "Add to Consignment" button now remains tucked in the three-dot menu (⋮) to prevent accidental mis-assignments and transfer failures.
Buyer Premium: You can now explicitly set a buyer premium to $0 in clearing sales, even if a higher default is set at the sale level.

LoadNous 🚛

eNVD Documents Always Accessible

Electronic National Vendor Declaration (eNVD) documents can now be opened in a new browser tab if the in-page preview is blocked by NLIS system changes. This ensures your eNVDs are always accessible with one click.

AgriNous Platform 🛠️

Business Editing Improvements

Save vs Save & Close: The business edit form now has separate buttons, allowing you to save progress without losing your place.
Simplified Contacts: Removed the extra "Accept Changes" confirmation step when editing contacts within a business record.
Independent Agency ABNs: Each agency can now independently manage the ABN for a business on their own records without affecting other agencies sharing that business.

Automation & History

Custom Business Labels: The Rule Builder now supports filtering by custom business labels (e.g., "Transporter" or "Buyer Type") for more targeted automated workflows.
Cleaner Audit Logs: Change history now shows only the specific fields modified (the "delta") rather than the entire record state.

Platform Reliability

Code Length: Agency and saleyard codes can now be up to 16 characters.
Email Subjects: Manually sent emails now correctly display the specific agency/saleyard name in the subject line.
Background Tasks: Resolved a memory issue that was causing background tasks, like billing document generation, to hang or slow down.
