This section covers changes designed to make mobile workflows faster and more capable for livestock agents working in the paddock or managing over-hooks sales.

Mobile Paddock and Over-Hooks Sale Enhancements

Direct Redirection: Creating a hooks or paddock sale via the alternative mobile workflow now takes you directly to the Lot Cards screen instead of the summary overview.
Reworked Lot Screens: The previous lot list has been replaced with proper lot cards on the Sale Lots tab. Cards now display vendor name and buyer name/way at a glance.
Mobile-First Lot Forms: The edit lot workflow now operates on mobile. The vendor selection process is streamlined to let you pick via consignment rather than a long business search.
De-cluttered Interface: Because pens do not apply to paddock or over-hooks sales, the Penned/Not Penned status indicators have been entirely removed from these lot cards to save space.

Streamlined Three-Dots (...) Context Menus

New quick-action shortcuts have been integrated into the mobile consignment card menus:

View Attachments: Jump directly to attached documents without drilling deep into the consignment layout.
Upload NVD: Upload a National Vendor Declaration straight from your phone, matching the functionality available on desktop grids.
Dashboard Layout Adjustment: Fixed an layout issue on phones where the three-dots button wrapped into an unintended row. Spacing for the balance icon has also been corrected.

Guardrails for Consigning Agents

Locked Forms: If your agency is consigning to another agency's sale, all fields on the edit sale form (e.g., terms, title) are now completely hidden or locked. This prevents confusing error messages that occurred previously when unauthorized edits were submitted.

Stud Sales & AI Uplifts

Vendor Details Report: Unsold or passed-in lines in stud sales now display comprehensive animal details, remaining consistent with the layout used for sold items.

AgentNous / Billing 💰

The financial updates in this release target increased control for administrators and key layout updates for mobile billing actions.

Mobile Billing Capabilities

Sundries Grid Access: A new, streamlined Billing tab is available on mobile devices, offering a mobile-optimised view of the Sundries grid. (Note: The full billing workflow remains focused on desktop; this introduces mobile tracking for extra charges only.)

Post-Export Adjustments

Retained Proceeds: Administrators can now edit retained proceeds entries directly from the billing user interface even after they have been exported.

Billing Updates

Buyer Pays Vendor Fix: Resolved an edge-case bug where a combination of a "Buyer Pays Vendor" rule, a standard billing rule, and a sundry item created an accidental duplicate invoice for the vendor.
PDF Preview Guard: Fixed an issue that caused the app to crash when attempting to preview certain financial documents. Previewing now works smoothly.
Default Splits: Business validation was corrected to allow the manual deletion of default vendor splits.
Ledger Harmonization: Addressed a rounding calculation disparity where ledger totals would calculate differently on form load versus form edit.
UI Cleanups: Fixed a system crash that happened when navigating to a billing rulebook from Settings or Step 1 of a billing run. Text labels have also been standardised to display "GST" in capital letters on all outputs.
Duplicate Ledger Entries: Fine-tuned our live billing engine to process transactions more efficiently and securely. This update boosts system reliability and ensures that every invoice and payment entry is perfectly synchronised with no duplicates.

YardNous 🏟️

This section outlines upgrades to livestock tracking database schemas, hardware compatibility, and on-site operator safety warnings.

NLIS Structural Optimization

Performance Enhancements: Optimised our database by moving specialized NLIS data out of the primary Scan table. This significantly speeds up daily database queries when NLIS information isn't required.
Audit Logs: Audit logging was corrected to record tracking identifiers via UUID, and an explicit NLIS audit trail view has been added to the application.
Faster Beast Enquiry Loops: Optimized automated loop iterations over active NLIS credentials. Processes that previously took 10 minutes to run now execute fast enough to guarantee actual query requests finish safely inside the standard 15-minute window.

Hardware Compatibility & Weighbridge UX

Scanner Disconnect Warning: If an active Bluetooth reader drops its pairing connection unexpectedly without the operator's prompt, a highly visible, dismissible warning dialogue is triggered immediately on screen.

Keyboard Mode Iteration: The "Split" and "No Sale" actions have been skipped out of the keyboard Tab key focus sequence so that rapid data entry typing doesn't accidentally trigger a mis-click.

Operational Layout Adjustments

Mobile Kill Sheet: Redesigned the kill sheet data entry page to make it fully functional and responsive on smartphone screens.
Smart Step Filtering: The "Arrival" step in the consignment creation sequence will now display exclusively for saleyard auctions, hiding itself automatically on private, paddock, or hooks sales.

AgriNous Platform 🛠️

Core architectural cleanups, third-party component patches, and general grid performance updates.

Third-Party AgGrid & Integrations Fixes

Grid Performance Upgrades: Optimised saved view loops, column definition structures, and data loading behaviors across all primary AgGrids. Corrected business tables to gracefully handle empty views and fix row rendering on mobile.
Contact List Sorting: Restructured the naturalSortStringComparator to fix application failures that occurred when a user attempted to sort columns right after creating a new contact.
Xero Link Selection: Repaired broken checkbox selectors on the "Connect to Xero" mapping table.
XML Import Dropdowns: Fixed un-clickable native dropdown fields on the XML upload mapping page, allowing operators to bind breeds and fields smoothly.

System Administration & Performance

Email Status Flagging: Outbound system emails that encounter runtime delivery exceptions are now immediately tagged as "Failed" rather than sticking as "Pending". This gives administrative teams clear visibility to resend documents.
Permission Caching: Extended cache storage expiration lengths for user roles and operational group permissions, minimizing database lookup volume on standard web requests.
Database Cleanup: Safely dropped deprecated ABN columns from the core Business model following successful data migrations to the unified BusinessRegistration database structures.
