2026.06.26 - P6.1 Product Release

This is one of our biggest releases in a while 🎉 — with improvements across AgentNous eContracts, YardNous scanning and reporting, accounting sync, and backend reliability. Whether you're a livestock agent, saleyard operator, Buyer or Vendor, there's a lot in here for you.

🤠 AgentNous

  • 📄 eContracts now support multiple vendors and buyers 
    For private sales with more than one vendor or buyer, AgentNous now automatically generates a separate eContract for each unique vendor/buyer combination — no more manual workarounds.

  • 📄 eContract now has a confirmation step before accepting
    Before an eContract is formally accepted, a clear confirmation prompt now appears. This gives agents and buyers a moment to review the commitment before it's locked in, reducing accidental acceptances.

  • 🚛 Carrier details in Paddock & Hooks mobile sale create
    When creating a Paddock and Hooks sale on mobile, carrier information is now captured upfront. Carrier details are also shown in the review tab before submitting.

💼 AgentNous / Billing

  • 🚨 Warning when a billing run already exists
    A prominent warning now appears in the "Create Billing Run" modal whenever a billing run already exists for that sale. It's hard to miss. 

  • 💰 New setting: hide c/kg when sold as $/head
    Agencies can now enable a setting that hides the c/kg column for lots sold at a head rate ($/head). Lots sold as c/kg are unaffected.

  • 🔢 Better sorting for Billing document numbers
    Billing document numbers now sort in the correct numeric order.
  • 🤝 Accounting software sync improvements
    Both contact group syncing and tracking category matching with your accounting software are now more reliable — large contact lists sync consistently, and tracking categories match correctly regardless of how they're capitalised in Xero.

🏗️ YardNous

  • 🔗 Share sales with other yards for consignment transfers
    Saleyards can now share sale access with other yards in the AgriNous network. This enables consignment transfers between yards — moving consignments (with all associated data) from one sale to another, across different yards.

  • 🏷️ Improved scanning interface
    The real-time EID scanning screen has been updated to address popular requests: Head count milestone, Safer post-scan flow, Always-visible action buttons and Louder duplicate-scan warnings.

  • 🔍 EID history lookup
    From the Edit EID view, a new history button opens a modal showing the full NLIS transfer history for any scanned animal — takes, sells, and property-to-property movements, with dates, from/to PICs, who actioned each transfer, and transfer status. Great for resolving NLIS queries without leaving the app.

  • 🎛️ NLIS credential management
    Invalid NLIS credentials are now automatically disabled with clear notifications, keeping your credential list accurate and preventing sync errors from stale or expired credentials.

  • 📊 Agency Billing Report with sale statistics
    A new report option — "Billing Report (with sale stats)" — includes a sale overview statistics section alongside the billing information, making it easy to provide your council with data for annual fee calculations and records.

  • 📋 NVD auto-population improvements
    More NVD fields are now extracted from uploaded NVD images, with improved confidence thresholds and greater accuracy overall.

 💁 Buyer/Vendor Portal

  • 🖥️ Buyer Lots view for all user types
    Business users with Account Recipient, Report Recipient, and similar roles now see the full lots table in the desktop view of the buyer portal — consistent with what they see in mobile card view.

🚚 LoadNous

No changes in this release.

⚙️ AgriNous Platform

The platform has received meaningful reliability and performance work under the hood this release. 🔧 The backend now handles busy periods more efficiently — services scale up quickly when traffic picks up and stay up a little longer to avoid unnecessary warm-up cycles. Several security dependencies have been updated. These improvements mean a faster, more stable experience across all products.

 

This release delivers our biggest impacts directly onto the dirt for saleyard staff managing busy sale days on mobile, as well as office administrators looking after Xero-integrated billing. Under the hood, the entire AgriNous platform is running faster and more reliably than ever.
