This release brings a solid mix of new features and behind-the-scenes fixes to make daily work smoother. 🐄 Highlights include new scale and scanner support (including Gallagher), more visibility on vendor commissions, an at-a-glance eContract status view on your dashboard, smarter sub-types for Sell via External Agent sales, clearer contact details on documents you send, and billing accuracy fixes. ✨

⚙️ AgriNous Platform

  • 📡 New scale and scanner support
    Added iOS and Android support for the Gallagher HR0 and Windows support for Gallagher TWR-5 race scanners, plus more reliable Bluetooth BLE connections.

  • 📠 Windows Hub uplift
    Behind-the-scenes update to the AgriNous Hub software that connects to your weighing/scanning hardware, improving compatibility with newer Windows versions.

  • ✉️ Clearer contact details on report emails
    Report emails now more clearly show the designated contact person and how to get in touch - so buyers and vendors reach the right person first time.

  • 📈 NLIS reliability improvements
    NLIS credential reliability has been improved.

  • 🎁 Many more updates and fixes
    Manual checkpoints, Reversal upgrades, faster permission calculations and security updates.

🤠 AgentNous

  • 🤝 Vendor Commissions on eContracts
    eContracts can now be configured to show vendors commission details.

  • 💼 Sale sub-types for Sell via External Agent
    These sales now support sub-types (like Prime/Store), which carry across automatically when you copy a sale - so the right yard dues and commissions apply.

  • 📋 eContract status on your dashboard
    The Sales Dashboard now shows eContract status at a glance - drafted, sent, or signed - so you don't have to open every sale to check. 

💼 AgentNous / Billing

  • 💰 Vendor commission by Sale Type and Species
    Vendor commission bands can now be set by Sale Type and Species, not just Sale Sub Type, giving agencies finer control over commission setup.

  • 👀 Vendor commission visibility
    Vendor commission rates are now available via column settings directly in the Consignments and Billing Run review tables, so you can see at a glance what commission applies without digging into settings.

  • 🔌 Xero integration updates
    General improvements to ensure Xero data always stays in sync, and you can now sync a single business on demand.

  • 🖨️ Booking sheet updates
    Cleaner printed booking sheets.

  • ⚡ Faster delivery sheet loading
    The Buyer Delivery Sheet report now loads faster.
