This release speeds up how sales, lists and reports, and brings a fresh round of billing, Xero and weighbridge improvements. ✨

⏱️ Faster loading of all Sales
Sales now load faster for all users in smaller batches with a progress indicator, so the app stays quick and responsive.
🏃 Faster lists across the app
Sale, email and billing document lists now load faster, especially for agencies with a large number of records.
🧼 Reconcile Temporary Businesses
A new tool lets you review the Temporary Businesses created in a Sale and merge each into an existing Business, save it as a new Business or inactivate it, integrating any data sources you have access to. Net result: cleaner, more complete Business records.
🔍 Business Table match suggestions
A new column in the Business Table shows how many legacy Business data suggestions match each Business, making it easier to improve them.
🆔 Smoother ABN checks
Routine ABN checks now run more efficiently in the background, keeping your business lists lean and quick to update.
✨ AI Insights early access in app
AgriNous is rolling out AI Insights tools early beta access to some users. Get in touch to learn more.

🆕 ALPA eContract
The ALPA private sale eContract is now available for use by ALPA members. Get in touch to activate ALPA eContracts for your agency.

🧾 Xero reference shown on statements
Credits on statements now show the reference you entered in Xero, making it easier to match them back to your records.
🧾 Rule Book confirmation before Xero export
Clearing Sale billing runs now ask you to confirm the Rule Book before exporting to Xero, helping make sure the right account codes are used for your agency.
🏷️ Labels carried across copied Sales
Lot labels and scan labels now come across when you create a Sell via External Agent Sale or move scans to another Sale, so your billing Rules and scan details stay intact.

🚢 Easier Lot merging at the Weighbridge
Choosing the Lot to keep when merging now uses the same tick box as selecting Lots, and the Merge Lots button stays available even when a Lot already has weights or scans - quicker for busy weighbridge staff.
