This release brings clearer Financial Statements, earlier commission checks with Approved documents, smoother billing review for Agencies, and a range of reliability and usability improvements across the platform. ✨

⚙️ AgriNous Platform

• 🔍 Cleaner Business lists
  Businesses with more than one vendor split now appear once in your lists, and scan, property and business lists load more consistently.
  
• 🔍 LPA accreditation on mobile Consignment cards
  Consignment cards on mobile now show a warning when a property's LPA accreditation isn't current, so you can spot it before scanning.

• ⌨️ Bulk update dentition on locked sales
  You can now bulk update dentition on locked sales from the sale lots grid and the Selling Pens view, while other fields stay locked.

• 📥 NLIS status follows moved scans
  Moving scans to another sale lot now updates their NLIS status and records the move in the Lot history.

• 🏷️ Longer vendor names on placards
  Vendor names on Placards V2 now print in full up to 34 characters, and longer names are clearly shortened.

• 🛠️ Faster Buyer Portal
  Buyer Portal now loads faster and runs more smoothly.

• 🛠️ Security and reliability updates
  We've applied a round of behind-the-scenes updates to keep AgriNous secure and dependable.

• 📄 ALPA eContract available

💼 AgentNous / Billing

• 🧾 Clearer Financial Statements
  Financial Statements now use DD/MM/YYYY dates, a simpler 'Reference' column, and only show the sale date when it differs from the document date.

• 🧮 Head count on Statements
  Invoice and RCTI rows on your Financial Statement now show the head sold or bought, for example '75hd Sold - Dubbo Prime Cattle Sale', so everyone can see the details at a glance.
  
• 🧾 Skip statements with a zero balance
  You can now choose to exclude businesses with a zero closing balance when running Financial Statements, Detailed Financial Statements and Outstanding Statements - handy when you only want to chase what’s still owing.
  
• 📊 New Client Aging Report
  See exactly who owes you and who you owe in one report, with everything aged by due date - no more piecing it together from Xero. Filter by client or stock agent, then download it as a PDF or CSV to chase payments with confidence.
  
• 📊 Commission Relationship reports can include Approved documents
  You can now choose to include documents in Approved status to check commission and rebates before exporting - Approved entries are clearly marked as not yet finalised.

• 📊 Faster commission and business summary reports
  The Commission Relationship and Business Summary reports now load much faster, especially on larger date ranges.
  
• 🧾 Xero balances stay fresher, run smoother
  Xero contact balances now refresh automatically when invoices, payments or credits change. Syncing with Xero is also now smoother when more than one person in your agency exports or syncs at the same time.
  
• 🧮 More helpful integration difference columns
  Integration difference (the difference between your AgriNous balance and that in Xero) columns now show exactly 0.00 for documents that are in sync, so filtering for differences only returns documents that need attention.
  
• 🧾 Faster billing runs
  Large billing runs are now more responsive when several people are reviewing or refreshing documents at the same time.
  
• 📥 XML sale imports with billing
  When importing an XML Sale file with billing ticked, each lot’s transactions and fees now come through as billing entries linked to the right lot, and the sale’s default splits are applied.
