2026.11.04 - P11 Product Release

This week's release is all about tidier data and smoother day-to-day work 🐄. Agents get clearer business grids, fewer duplicate records and simpler consignment forms, while billing picks up some important accuracy fixes for statements, invoices and Xero.

⚙️ AgriNous Platform

• 📶 More reliable offline syncing
  Rare instances where changes made offline would be sent twice when you reconnect have been eliminated.
  

• 📝 NVD is now optional on consignments
  You can save a consignment without an NVD number. We've also tidied up the required-field markers so only the fields that genuinely must be filled in are flagged.
  
• 🧹 Fewer "Unknown Business" records
  AgriNous more actively prevents the creation of “Unknown Business” entries when it doesn't need to, keeping your business list cleaner.
  
• 🔀 Business merges now carry Delivery Pens across
  When two Businesses are merged, any Pens owned by the old Business move to the Business you keep.
  
• 🔎 Quicker sale selector
  Typing in the Sale selector now searches your recent Sales straight away. To see older sales, choose "Load more sales…".

🤠 AgentNous

• 👥 See who each relationship is with
  The Businesses and Sale grids now show which agent each relationship is with, so you can tell at a glance who looks after a client.

💼 AgentNous / Billing

• 💲 Sale vendor commission comes first
  If a sale has a default vendor commission, it's now used ahead of the vendor's own commission band.
  
• 🏦 Bank detail changes flag RCTIs for review
  When a vendor's bank details change, their RCTIs are now picked up as changed so you can review them before sending.
  
• ➕ Same charges combine into one line
  On multi-client sales, statement and invoice charge lines with the same name now combine into a single line.
  
• 📄 Reversal credits on statements
  When a reversal credit note is only partly used, the leftover or refunded amount now shows correctly on Financial Statements.
  
• 🧾 Better Invoice to Xero totals matching
  Grouped lines sent to Xero now always add up to the same amount as the AgriNous invoice, including GST-inclusive rates with fractions of a cent.

🏗️ YardNous

• ⚖️ Steadier weighbridge screen
  The buyer and price no longer flicker when moving between lots on the weighbridge.
