1. Log into AgriNous 0:10

• Access your AgriNous account.

• Navigate to your dashboard.

2. Add a Sale 0:15

• Click on the 'Add a Sale' button.

3. Select Sale Type 0:20

• Skip the 'Sale Species' field.

• In the 'Sale Type' dropdown, select 'Clearing Sale'.

4. Choose Sale Subtype 0:30

• Select the appropriate subtype:

  • For Auctions Plus online only, choose that option.

  • For on-farm sales, select 'On-farm only sale'.

• For this example, select 'On-farm only sale'.

5. Set Sale Date and Name 0:39

• Enter the sale date (e.g., Tuesday, February).

• Name the sale (e.g., 'Clearing Sale Test').

6. Enter Fees 0:54

• Input the default buyer's premium (e.g., 0.0 if none).

• Enter the default listing fee (e.g., 0).

• Set commission to 0.0.

7. Enable Registered Bidders 1:04

• Turn on the registered bidders option to allow bidders to register on the day of the sale.

8. Create the Sale 1:16

• Click 'Create' to finalize the sale.

9. Review Sale Details 1:25

• Check that vendor terms are set to 14 days, which will appear on documentation.
