7.6.1 - Creating Bidders in AgriNous Clearing Sale Process
Steps to create bidders in the AgriNous clearing sale, ensuring accurate registration and management of bidder information.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access the Bidders Tab 0:00

Open the Agrinouse application.

Navigate from the 'Vendors' tab to the 'Bidders' tab.
Step 2: Add a Registration 0:11

Click on 'Add a Registration'.

A registration number will be automatically generated.
Step 3: Enter Bidder Information 0:27

Select 'Invoice 2' and choose a test business from the list.

Note: No pick number is needed for clearing sales.
Step 4: Fill in Contact Details 0:45

Enter the invoice name and any relevant contact details.

If the business is existing, details will auto-populate.
Step 5: Submit Registration 1:10

Click 'Create another on submit' to add more bidders.

Hit 'Submit' to finalize the registration.
Step 6: Add Additional Bidders 1:20

Repeat the process for additional bidders, entering their details as needed.
Step 7: Add New Businesses if Necessary 1:36

If a bidder is not in the contacts, use the search function to add a new business.

Fill in the business name and submit.

Click the 'Edit' button next to a bidder to make changes.
Step 9: Access Detailed Reports 2:28

Use the three dots next to a bidder for detailed reports.
Step 10: Copy Delivery Address 2:40

If needed, copy the delivery address to the business.
Step 11: Move Details to Agrinouse Business 2:54

Decide whether to keep the business standalone or transfer details to Agrinouse.
