Import AuctionsPlus results into the Clearing Sale system, ensuring accurate mapping of buyers and lots.

Key Steps

Step 1: Access the Import Function 0:00

  • Navigate to the Buyers section in the system.

  • Click on Import AuctionsPlus Results.

  • Select the appropriate file to import.

Step 2: Map Your Businesses 0:21

  • After importing, proceed to map your businesses.

  • Click on map to business.

  • Select test buyer or create a new business if it is not listed.

Step 3: Verify Lot Mapping 0:44

  • Ensure that all lots are correctly mapped together.

  • Check that the details for Hammer, Tractor, and Lot 7 align correctly.

  • Review each entry for accuracy.

Step 4: Complete the Import Process 1:06
