Steps to compiling selected documents into a Single PDF
Key Steps
1. Compile selected RCTIs from the Billing Run 0:15

Open the Billing Run section.

Locate the RCTIs you want to combine.

Select all required RCTIs.

Click the three-dot menu.

Choose Compile items as PDF.

The system will generate one combined PDF containing all selected documents.

Use the resulting PDF to download, save, or print the file.
2. Compile selected reports from the Reports section 1:02

Open the Reports section.

Find the statements or reports you want to combine, such as Transporter Statements.

Select the reports you want included.

Click the three blue dots menu.

Choose Compile reports as PDF.

The system will create one PDF containing all selected reports.

From there, you can download and save the PDF or print it.
