Connecting Your Tru-Test XRS2 Scanning Wand to Agrinous (Android)

This guide shows you how to connect your Tru-Test XRS2 Bluetooth scanning wand to the Agrinous Android app.

Using an Android device (tested on Samsung S24 Ultra), first check that your wand’s Bluetooth Connect Mode is set to Default.
Next, go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and pair your XRS2 Wand.

Once paired, open the Agrinous Hub,(use the link below if you need assistance)

then the Agrinous app.
Connect to your wand as you normally would when scanning

Make sure your wand’s Bluetooth Output Mode is set to Default, not Ticket.
Tags will transfer correctly into Agrinous when the Tag Format is set to either ISO or Decimal mode.

Check your wand settings:

Bluetooth → Advanced → Connect Mode: Default
Bluetooth → Advanced → Output Mode: Default
Tag Reading → Tag Format: ISO or Decimal

If tags aren’t appearing in Agrinous, double-check your Tag Format and Bluetooth Output Mode, then try reconnecting the wand through Bluetooth before reopening Agrinous.
