Creating a Lane Break and Pen Re-Ordering

Steps to set up lanes and rearrange pens in the mobile view for effective booking and selling processes.

 

1. Switch to Mobile View 0:09

  • Ensure you are in mobile view.

  • If currently in desktop view, switch to mobile view.

2. Access Lane Setup 0:21

  • Tap on the three dots in the mobile view.

  • Select 'Lane Setup' from the menu.

3. Input Lane Endpoints 0:32

  • Enter the starting and ending points for your lanes.

  • Confirm the input to create line breaks for printing.

4. Rearrange Pens 0:43

  • Drag and drop pens to rearrange them as needed.

  • Ensure to check for any sync alerts.

5. Confirm Changes 1:00

  • After rearranging, confirm the changes to update the lane breaks and pen order.

6. Review Sale Pen Card 1:19

  • Check the sale pen card to ensure the pens are in the correct order with lane breaks.

7. Reset Lane and Pen Order (if necessary) 1:34

  • To reset, go to lane setup and untick the lanes you want to reset.

  • Confirm the reset for both lane and pen order.

  • Changes made will affect the saleyard/agency as well, so ensure all team members are aware of the updates.

  • Always double-check the pen order before finalizing changes to avoid confusion during sales.
