Creating and Managing Lots for Deceased Inventory

Create a lot for deceased animals in the mobile view, ensuring proper documentation and processing.

 

Key Steps

Step 1: Access Mobile View 0:00

  • Open the mobile view on your device.

  • Locate the section for creating a lot.

Step 2: Input Lot Details 0:09

  • Enter the following details:

    • Vendor number

    • Quantity of deceased animals (use a number outside your current range, e.g., 1000)

  • Click on 'Save and Scan'.

Step 3: Scan or Enter Data 0:26

  • You can either:

    • Scan the items in real-time

    • Manually type in the details if preferred.

Step 4: Add to Sale Lock 0:50

  • After entering the data, click on 'Add to Sale Lock'.

  • Close the sale lock once added.

Step 5: Notify Health Manager 0:58

  • Inform your health manager about the deceased animals.

  • Use the term 'deceased' or 'dead' as per your system's terminology.

Step 6: Finalize Sale 1:05
