Pen a lot

This article will show you how to pen a lot from the Auction Pens screen.

  1. From the Auctions Pens screen, tap anywhere on the lot to expand information. Not penned lots will appear orange and listed at the top of the list.Tap on pen

  2. Select the 3 dots menu on the lot. 3 dots

  3. Select Pen.Pen

  4. Enter the pen number in the Pen field and select Submit once done.Pen 60

  5. To pen lots with a range enter the pen numbers in the two Pen fields and select Submit once done.pen 60-61

  6. To pen lots with an overflow enter the overflow pen number and head count in the fields and select Submit once done.pen overflow
