Pull Data from a varied range of Sale Dates and Types.

To the left-hand side of your screen, you should see the pop-out window with various options. We call this the Dashboard, for more on this click Here

• Click on the Reports TAB 

You Should see a view like this - 

To Generate a new Report Click the Generate Button 

Depending on your Subscription to Agrinous you should see some different reports you can generate. (see below)

You can customize your date range in the fields 

FILTER SPECIES

• Sheep 
• Cattle 
• Pig
• Dog
• Horse
• Goat
• Clearing Sale
• Mixed

ONLY SHOW SOLD LOTS 

You can select this option to NOT include the No Sale or passed-in lots. 

GROUP BY

There is a variety of different fields to choose from here. The order you click on them is the order they will export out by. 

OUTPUT FORMAT

SALE 

Can select a single Sale 

SALE TYPE 

Types of sales, you can select multiple Choices. 

SALE SUBTYPE

You can break it down even further with the sub-type of sales. Again you can choose Multi. 

CREATE ANOTHER

To Keep prefilled and create another report with changes Click this field. 

RUN REPORT 

Click to generate the report.
