More AgentNous gems are dropping in this release with the addition of bPay, Vendor Splits, and Xero Improvements.

AgentNous
Corrections & Changes to Billing Documents
  • Detect changes that have been made to a billing document post-Xero Sync
  • Check these changes against the payment status
  • Calculate the change delta and trigger updated reporting documents
  • Transmit required changes to Xero for approval 
Contact Details
  • Persistent banking details are retained on the Agency record of a Global Business.
  • bPay CRN for clients
  • Addition of a Primary Contact label. 
Multi Sale Reports
  • Insights are provided on the selected date range for Mulit-Sale reports, ensuring that the user is informed of any open and unfinalised billing runs before running reports.
External Agent Sales
  • Supporting multiple external agent sales on the same day and allowing users to update dates on an external agent sale.
Xero Improvements
  • Increased resilience and reliability when sending billing documents to Xero, resolving Xero time-out issues. 
bPay for AgentNous
  • Implement bPay for AgentNous clients 
  • Addiution of CRN record on Business 'Finance & Accounting' record
  • Creation of CRN for new clients
Clearing Sales
  • Clearing/Machinery sales have been upgraded to work with our Billing Rules, providing a tighter alignment to our Billing work and AgentNous settlement tools. 
Billing Document templates
  • A new billing document layout has been released - It takes on and unifies feedback provided in the hope of aligning all users to a single format.
  • bPay payment information was added to the billing document footers for tax invoices. 
YardNous
Mob Based Movements Improvements to Mob Based Movements to transmit No Sale lots to ensure that their traceability is noted that the animals have been sent to the yards and home again. 
Delivery Pens Buyer Bulk updates now retain the previously entered Delivery Pen (dPen) details. 
Placards Improvements include handling vendor names on placards and ensuring the name is shown as large as possible without wrapping issues. 
AgriNous Platform
IOS improvements
  • Support browser-generated reports for all file types produced by AgriNous
  • Improvements to AgGrid displays for mobile devices, making areas like the Contacts page more useable on mobile devices.
Page Refresh Improvements were made to retain the user on their current page when a refresh has been run; previously, this action would return users to the desktop page. 
Default PICs Improvements to the reliability of Default PICs added to a business.
