The Big Stuff - PATHWAY TO XERO
WHAT: Dynamic Vendor Commission
WHO: Livestock Agents
DETAILS: Allows a livestock agency admin user to customise commission values for a producer on a % of sale or per head basis and be variable by a sale sub-type.
WHAT: Xero Contact Groups
WHO: Livestock Agents 

DETAILS: The following attributes in AgriNous will now create custom Groups in Xero for enhanced reporting and analytics;

Buyer, Vendor, Meat Processor, Debtor Insurance, Transit Insurance, Transporter, Top Buyer Cattle, Top Buyer Sheep
WHAT: Update to XERO CSV format
WHO: Livestock Agents
DETAILS: A new output format to meet the adjusted requirements of the Xero import process. 
WHAT: Sundry Charges

DETAILS: Allow authorised users to create positive or negative charges between two businesses. One of these entities must be in the sale (vendor or buyer), and the other can be an external provider (3rd Party) if required.  
WHAT: End of Month reports

DETAILS: Livestock agents can now produce end-of-month reports for;

  • Debtor Insurance Turnover Report
  • Transit Insurance Premiums Collected
  • LPR Report & CSV.

DETAILS: Livestock agents can now administer some of their business settings around their AgriNous account, such as their default colour, default commission values by sale types, Debtor Insurance Values, and Transit Insurance Values.  More to come in this space!

General Updates
WHAT: Sale Day Staff Users
WHO: Saleyards
DETAILS: Admin Saleyard Users can now select from Pre-Sale & post Sale Staff to have greater control over what users have access to what data and when - Sale Day staff are also restricted to the geographical boundary of the saleyard site. 
WHAT: User Permissions & Groups
WHO: Livestock Agents & Saleyards
DETAILS: Designated Administrator users will now have access to manage their users, invite new users, and terminate users no longer required. Users can be placed into pre-defined groups set by AgriNous that will add greater control over your data. 
WHAT: Bidder Rego added to On-Farm Auctions
WHO: Livestock Agents
DETAILS: Single agency On-Farm Auctions now support bidder registration - turn on this function from the sale creation/edit screen.
WHAT: Reply to Email Address

DETAILS: If a recipient attempts to reply to an email sent from AgriNous, it will populate the saleyard ( or Agent if sent from an agent) as the reply to contact.

DETAILS: See a list of all emails sent from the saleyards and obtain insight on email bounces and open/read status.
WHAT: Sale Sub-Types

DETAILS: All sale types now have Sales Sub-Type options, these can be used to drive various outcomes, such as different fees and default rounds and in coming releases, we will link buyer ways & top buyers to sale sub-types.
WHAT: Share Buyer PIC's & Buyer Ways @ Saleyards

DETAILS: When an agent enters a pic and buyer way for a buyer on a lot on sale day, it is shared/becomes available for all agents on that day. If an agent enters a vendor and PIC against a consignment, they are shared with the saleyard (but NOT the other Agents)
WHAT: Nominations Updates

DETAILS:

Updates to Nominations include:

  • Include totals at the bottom of the CSV export
  • Customised terms by saleyard location
  • Updates to Global Search filter
  • Nomination summary on Consignments Screen
  • Consignments created from Nominations are set to arrive by default.
  • Updates to the total sum formula
  • Grand Total column for Vendors
  • Desktop/ Mobile view toggle.

DETAILS: Updates to options in the rule builder to allow for greater flexibility when calculating outputs - Such as % of sale participation by units, Rules by Sale Sub-Type etc.
WHAT: Description Template for Rules

DETAILS: Rule builders can now create a rule description by leveraging dynamic tags to populate references in rule outputs such as Pen Number, Vendor Name, Age, Sex, Breed etc.
