The Big Stuff - PATHWAY TO XERO
WHAT: Billing Preview & Adjustments
WHO: Livestock Agents
Details:  

Once data has been generated using a Billing Export Data rulebook, we now provide users with a way to view, add, edit and delete line items of the outputted data.

This data can then be viewed using a ‘Xero File Output’ format and be exported for import into Xero & other packages into the future.
WHAT: Rule Builder Enhancements
WHO: Livestock Agents & Saleyard Users

Details: Several enhancements have been made to options and functionality in the AgriNous Rule Builder

  • Manage output branding requirements for 3rd party accounting software
  • Additional calculation methods and capture points to address billing gaps identified
WHAT: Auto Check ABN
WHO: Livestock Agents & Saleyards
Details: A Vendors ABN will now be rechecked every time they participate in a transaction, the last checked status can be viewed on the Contact card (in Finance & Accounting section)
WHAT: Xero Business SYNC Status and Info
WHO: Livestock Agents
Details: Users can now see the Last Sync status for Xero Businesses from the Sale Lots or Consignments grid view. 

General Updates
WHAT: Add Media to Auctions Plus Sale Lots
WHO: Livestock Agents & Saleyard users of Auctions Plus features
Details: A simplified process to remove unnecessary clicks when adding Media to sale lots for an interfaced sale. At a Pen level, click on the media icon to add media to the lots, or for multi-lot pens, click on the three dots and use the new 'Add Media' option. 
WHAT: Stud Sale Reports & Features
WHO:  Livestock Agents & Saleyards

Details: Additional features and functions have been added for our Stud Stock & On-Farm sale users. These enhancements include;

  • Adjusted input fields based on a Sale Sub-Type that is flagged as a Stud Sale
    • Animal Name
    • Tag Number
  • Tag Numbers showing in Lot Cards (on mobile) and Sale Lots grid (on Desktop).
  • Additional Reports/ outputs
    • Buyer Totals
    • Buyers Lot Summary
    • Sale summary by Catalogue
    • Registered Buyers List
    • Stud Vendor Details

    • Bidder Purchase Summary (an enhancement to existing, sort by bidder number)
WHAT: Agent NWA Mob-Based Movement 
WHO: Livestock Agents

Details: Agents performing On Farm Auctions can now extract an NLIS NWA file to streamline the submission of the Mob Based Movement requirement to accompany the NLIS NWA P2P movement (where EID's are recorded). The MBM is a requirement for Sheep only regardless of the EID transactions.  

Bugs Resolved
  • Users can now remove a PIC from a buyer in the Quick Sell function
  • Performance improvements in Clearing Sale lot cards
  • Tags Used column added to EIDs table and Sale Lots screens
  • Fix to edit buyer ways (on the contacts page).
  • Improvements to the Bidder Registration process for Delivery Address
  • Fix for attributes overrides not reflecting on Placards
