NLIS Rollback for Cattle

When a PIC is changed on a vendor or buyer a NLIS Rollback will need to be done to correct the transfer on the NLIS Database. 

Rolling Back a Transaction for Sell File (Buyer/Purchaser PIC)

1. Change the Pen Details and Submit the changes needed. 
2. Go to the NLIS tab and Choose Sell in the lower selection. You should now see the following message.
3. Click Rollback Transfers and then check if it is the correct animal and click SUBMIT.
4. WAIT until these transactions have gone through. You Should See These "Transactions are ready to Submit" button appear. 
5. Hit Submit and WAIT until these transactions have been processed. You should see the following. 
   

Rolling Back a Transaction for Possession File (Vendor PIC)

1. Follow Steps 1 to 3 ONLY in the Rollback Sell File above
2. Go to the NLIS tab and Choose Take in the lower selection. You should now see the following message.
   
3. Click Rollback Transfers and then check if it is the correct animal and click SUBMIT. 
   WAIT until these transactions have gone through. 
4. Once Processed You Should see the "Transactions are ready to Submit" button appears. Click and WAIT until the transaction has been successful 
5. Go to your sell Tab and You should now see the Transfer Button. Click and WAIT until this has gone through. You should see the following. 
   
   

Please Note -

You can Refresh as much as you need by hitting refresh on the right of the screen

You can also sort by clicking on the "Created" tab to find these transactions easily to see (you may need to click twice to be in date order)
