Pick of the Pen (clerking) - Desktop & Mobile Views

You may have several Animals in various lots within a pen. Here, you will learn how to select the specific Lot/s the buyer has brought.

On Desktop Mode 

1. Click on Sale Lots 
2. Then Select Quick Sell on the right-hand vertical Menu.
3. Now select the lots you wish to sell - Make sure they are the same Buyer and Price. They will appear to the right on the Quick Sell Panel
4. Enter your Buyer or Bidder Number and Price.
5. Click either 
   Save & Next  - Add in the next lot buyer's details. 
   Save & Close - To Save and Closeout of Quick sell 
   No Sale - This will go in as vendor and $0 
   Unsell - Unsell the lots to Re-Enter information
   
   
6. Ready for your next lot

Mobile View 

1. Go to Auction
2. Select the Pen you wish to sell
3. Click Show Sale Lots
   
4. Select the lots you wish to sell
   
5. Click Sell
   
6. Click the Buyer or Bidder number from the selection down the bottom or search if needed & add Price
   
7. Click Sell
   
8. Select your Next Lots or Next pen
