Selecting a sale lot to weigh

Here, you will learn how to select a sale lot to weigh from the weighbridge screen.

1. From the Weighbridge screen, along the left hand side of the weighbridge screen are located all your individual lots, with relevant paint marks and pen numbers.
2. For post-weighing: scan in the lot coming onto the bridge.
3. On the top right-hand side of the screen the scanned lot will appear and buttons will appear next to the lot. Click the Select Sale Lot  icon.
4. The relevant lot will automatically be selected now.
5. The weight will be displayed on the screen and will only go green when there is a stable weight.
6. When the weight is stable click the +Weigh button.
7. Click the Save Weight button.
8. Click the Save EIDs button.
9. Repeat this process for each lot. From 2-8.
10. For Pre-weigh the same process occurs, except you have to manually select the lot from the screen on your left.
11. To Assign EID’s to the lot you just click Save EID’s after weighing.
