1. Operating System Compatibility

• Android (version 10 or higher) is fully supported. 

2. Bluetooth & Scanner Compatibility

• Must support Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.

• Ensure compatibility with Aleis or Tru-Test EID scanners.

3. SIM Card Slot (Mobile Connectivity)

• Strongly recommended that the device supports 4G SIM cards for remote work.

• Mobile data ensures real-time syncing without relying on Wi-Fi or hot-spotting.

4. Battery Life & Durability

• Look for devices with 8+ hours of battery life.

• Rugged or water-resistant models are ideal for outdoor use.

• Consider using protective cases with shock resistance and screen protectors.

5. Screen Size & Readability

• Recommended screen size: 8 inches.

• For mobile fieldwork, 10-inch tablets strike a balance between readability and portability.

• Choose models with bright displays for use in direct sunlight.

6. Performance

• Recommended: 4GB RAM or more for smooth app performance.

• Storage: Minimum 32GB, or ensure cloud storage options are enabled.

• Strong Wi-Fi and/or 4G LTE support is essential.

Setup 

Once you’ve selected a compatible tablet:

• Insert your activated SIM card and ensure mobile data is working.

• Install the Agrinous Hub from Google Play or the App Store.
• Download Agrinous
