      Understanding the scanning screen

      This article will show you where to look to see if an EID has scanned.

      1. From the Pens screen, click into the relevant sale lot and scan an EID.
      2. On the top right-hand corner of the screen is the Total EID’s scanned.
      3. Once Add To Sale Lot and Close is clicked, a green 100% symbol will be displayed, indicating the EID has been scanned successfully.
